These keys define the lower bound ratio for memory-dynamic-min relative to memory-static-max (default 0.25). Setting to 0 allows VMs to have near-zero dynamic minimum memory, causing guest OS instability or crashes pool-wide when the balloon driver reclaims memory. No range validation exists.
